You may return an unused product in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
Defective goods
If a product is defective on arrival, contact us within 7 days and we'll arrange collection and a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Warranty repairs
After the 7-day period, defective goods are handled under the manufacturer's warranty. Bring the item into store or arrange a courier through us.
